Ingredients: 6 Kachri (Wild cucumber),12 cloves Garlic,4 Dry Red Chillies,1 tablespoon Cumin seeds (Jeera) – (divided),Salt – to taste,3 tablespoons Curd (Dahi / Yogurt),1 teaspoon Ghee

Time in minutes: 18 Servings: 4 Course: Side Dish Diet: Vegetarian

Instructions: To prepare Rajasthani Kachri ki Chutney Recipe (Wild Cucumber Chutney), peel and cut wild cucumber; make sure you taste them before adding with other ingredients as sometime they are bitter in taste.Take a mixer grinder Jar, add wild cucumber, garlic cloves, dry red chillies, cumin, salt and curd.Grind it to a fine paste. You can add more curd if you find paste too thick.Heat ghee in a small pan, add cumin seeds, let them splutter.Add chutney mixture, let it cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.Serve Rajasthani Kachri ki Chutney Recipe (Wild Cucumber Chutney) with Haldi Ki Sabzi Recipe (Fresh Turmeric Root Vegetable) and Tawa Paratha Recipe.
