Instructions: To begin making the Herbed Butter Rice Recipe With Rosemary & Thyme, keep the cooked white rice ready. In a skillet, heat butter on low flame, add the chopped garlic and saute for a couple of minutes until the garlic turns into a light brown colour. Next add in the rosemary, thyme, chilli flakes and salt.
