Instructions: We begin making the Spinach and Basil Pasta Sauce Recipe by washing the spinach thoroughly and chop them big, add it in a pressure along with basil leaves, salt and water.Pressure cook it for 1 whistle and let the pressure release naturally.Keep some water and strain the rest, in a mixer add the boiled leaves and the rest of the ingredient and grind it into a smooth paste.Transfer it into an air tight container and store it in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
