Ingredients: 1 cup Broken Wheat (Dalia/ Godumai Rava),1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil,Salt – to taste,4 tablespoons Cranberries – cut into half,1 teaspoon Whole Black Pepper Corns – crushed,4 tablespoons Pistachios – cut into half,1 tablespoon Lemon juice,2 sprig Mint Leaves (Pudina) – roughly torn

Instructions: To begin making the Pistachio & Cranberry Broken Wheat Pulao Recipe, heat a pressure cooker with olive oil on medium heat. Once the oil is hot add the broken wheat and roast for about 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously. To this, add the salt, pepper, mint leaves, cranberry and pistachios. Mix well and pressure cook for two whistles.
