Ingredients: 400 grams Button Mushroom – chopped, 3 tbsp curd, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 6 dry red chillies, 1 tsp whole black pepper, 2 bud long, 1 tsp fenugreek seeds , 2 tsp coriander seeds, 1 tsp cumin, 6 cloves garlic, 1 tbsp tamarind paste, 2 tbsp ghee, 2 sprig curry leaves, 2 tsp jaggery, salt – as per taste

Instructions: To make Mushroom Ghee Roast recipe, first marinate the mushroom. In a bowl, add mushrooms, curd, turmeric powder, lemon juice and mix well. Keep it aside for 30 minutes. Now to make Ghee Roast Masala, add dry red chilli, whole black pepper, long, fenugreek seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds and roast for 4 to 5 minutes in a pan. To make Mushroom Ghee Roast: Heat the ghee in a pan. Add curry leaves and let it splutter. After the curry leaves crackle, add mushrooms and marinated spices.
