Instructions: To begin making Tomato Gojju (South Indian Style Tomato Curry Recipe), first heat oil in a wok.Add the mustard seeds.Once they splutter, add the cumin seeds, hing, turmeric powder, curry leaves and green chillies.Saute for a few seconds and then add tomatoes, jaggery, and salt.Cook covered for 3-4 minutes.Cook Tomato Gojju uncovered for 3-4 minutes more or till the tomatoes soften and some of the water evaporates.Serve Tomato Gojju with Roti or Rice along with Paruppu Podi.
