Ingredients: 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds,1 teaspoon White Urad Dal (Split),1 sprig Curry leaves – roughly chopped,2 Banana Stem – cut into cubes and soaked in buttermilk,3 Dry Red Chillies,10 grams Tamarind,1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi),2 tablespoon Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves),Salt – to taste,1/2 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing),1 teaspoon Mustard seeds,1 teaspoon White Urad Dal (Split),1 sprig Curry leaves,1 Dry Red Chilli,Sunflower Oil – for cooking
