Instructions: To make sour sweet tinda vegetable, first cut the tinde. Now add tinda, salt, 2 tablespoons water in a pressure cooker. Turn off the cooker and cook till 2 cities come. Place the cooker under water and take out its pressure. Keep it aside. Now heat oil in a pan. After the oil is hot, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Allow to cook for 10 seconds. Now add curry leaves, cooked vegetables, salt and other ingredients. Do not add baked peanuts and coriander. Mix well. Cook until the tinda is cooked. After cooking add peanuts and coriander.
