Instructions: To make oriya dalma, soak the tur dal in water for 4 to 5 hours. Wash, chop and keep the vegetables separately. In a pressure cooker, add lentils, 3 cups of water, vegetables, salt and turmeric powder. Cook until the city comes 2 and after that reduce the heat and let it cook for 5 minutes.
