Instructions: To make mint and pomegranate raita, firstly grind the mint, green coriander, garlic and green chillies with some water. Keep this paste separately. Now take a bowl, beat the curd with some water in it. Add salt, cumin powder, chaat masala powder and sugar to it and mix. Add mint paste to this yogurt and mix it well. Pour pomegranate in it and serve before serving. Serve Mint and Pomegranate Raita with Sew Tomato Vegetable, Garlic Dal and Phulka.
