Ingredients: 1/2 कप कुलीथ दाल,1/2 कप तिल (सफ़ेद),2 बड़े चम्मच अरहर दाल,2 बड़े चम्मच चना दाल,6 छोटे प्याज,2 बड़े चम्मच धनिये के बीज,1 बड़ा चम्मच मेथी के दाने,20 ग्राम इमली – छोटा,1/4 कप नारियल – कस ले,4 सुखी लाल मिर्च,6 कली लहसुन,नमक – प्रयोग अनुसार,2 छोटे चम्मच तेल,1 छोटा चम्मच राइ,1/2 छोटा चम्मच चना दाल,1/2 छोटा चम्मच सफ़ेद उरद दाल,1 टहनी कढ़ी पत्ता

Instructions: To make Kulith sesame chutney recipe, firstly roast the kulith and cook it till it turns brown. Keep it aside after turning brown. Now heat oil on a pan. Add tur dal, chana dal, fenugreek seeds, coriander seeds and roast it for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes add red chillies, small onions, garlic, tamarind and cook it. Cook for 1 minute and turn off the gas. Keep it cool to cool. After it cools down, put it in a mixer grinder along with the kulith and sesame seeds. Take it out in a bowl. For tempering, heat the oil in a tempering pan. Add mustard seeds, chana dal, urad dal and cook till it turns golden. Now add curry leaves and cook for 10 seconds. Add it to the chutney and mix.
