Instructions: To make tomato garlic chutney, firstly cut the tomatoes and peel the garlic. Now heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and let it cook for 10 seconds. Now add garlic and cook for 1 minute. After 1 minute add tomatoes and cook till they become soft. After the tomatoes are soft, add red chili powder and salt. Mix and let it cook for 1 minute. Turn off the gas, let it cool down a bit and then put it in the mixer grinder. Grind it well and take out in a bowl. Serve tomato garlic chutney with tawa paratha, besan paratha or gram flour chile.
