Instructions: To make Kollu Thogyal recipe, first heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and cook for 10 seconds. Now add asafoetida, curry leaves, dry red chillies, chana dal, urad dal and cook it for 15 seconds. Keep the flame low. Now add turmeric powder, kulith lentils and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn off the gas and add coconut. Now pour this mixture in a mixer grinder with a little water and grind it. Add salt, mix, take out in a bowl and serve. Serve the Kollu Thogyal recipe with Chow Chow Sambar and Rava Idli for an evening breakfast.
