Instructions: To begin making the Karwar style Tousali Recipe-Cucumber Steamed Cake by soaking the rice in water for 2 hours and then drain the water, spread the rice on a kitchen paper towel to let it dry completely.Then using a mixer, grind the rice to a coarse mixture and not too smooth and add it to a mixing bowl.Add the remaining ingredients to the batter, mix well.
