Instructions: To begin making the Roasted Coriander Potatoes With Thyme Recipe, par boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker for one whistle and let the pressure release.Peel the skin and cut them in medium slices and keep aside.Heat a wide heavy bottomed pan on low heat and add butter. When it melts, place the sliced potatoes and cook it until it is roasted.
