Instructions: To make Senai Kijhangu Varuval recipe, firstly add suran, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt in a bowl. Mix everything well. Heat the oil in a pan and add suran, cook till it becomes brown and crisp. Remove and keep it separately. Add curry leaves in this oil and after 15 seconds add the fried suran, mix well and serve. Serve senai kijhangu varuval with kirai sambar and rice for dinner.
