Ingredients: 1/4 cup Chana dal (Bengal Gram Dal),1/4 cup Arhar dal (Split Toor Dal),1/2 cup Banana flower (Vazhaipoo) – soaked in buttermilk,2 Green Chillies – finely chopped,1 teaspoon Fennel seeds (Saunf) – coarsely pounded,1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing),1/4 cup Pearl onions (Sambar Onions) – finely chopped,3-4 cloves Garlic – pound,1 sprig Curry leaves – finely chopped,2 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves – finely chopped,Salt – to taste,Sunflower Oil – for deep frying
