Ingredients: 1 cup Spinach,1/2 cup Kabuli Chana (White Chickpeas) – soaked overnight and cooked,2 tablespoon Tahini,5 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves,4 cloves Garlic,1 tablespoon Cumin seeds (Jeera),2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil,1 Lemon juice,1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions: To begin making the Spinach Hummus Recipe we will boil the soaked chickpeas with enough water in a pressure cooker for about 30 minutes.
