Instructions: To begin making the Lehsuni Pudina Chutney, firstly keep all the ingredients ready.Next, take a mixer grinder jar and add all the ingredients in it. Add a little water and grind it to a smooth paste. Do not add too much water as we want a thick paste and not watery chutney.Once ready, take it out in a bowl and serve. Serve Lehsuni Pudina Chutney along with Punjabi Aloo Paratha and Tadka Raita for a weekday dinner.
