Instructions: We begin making the Sichuan Style Bird Eye Chili Sauce Recipe by heating the pan with 2 tablespoons of oil. Add ginger garlic and red chilies cut into half.Saute till the red chili soaks in all the oil. Once done add the vinegar, sugar, and salt.
