Instructions: To begin making the Sweet Potato & Fenugreek Leaves Sabzi Recipe, we will heat a kadai with oil, add cumin seeds and allow it to splutter for few seconds.Add sweet potato, green chilli and sprinkle with salt and allow it to cook covered till it is done. Keep tossing it at regular intervals.Add fenugreek leaves, coriander powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder and salt to taste. Combine well. Sprinkle little water to the Sweet Potato & Fenugreek Leaves Sabzi and cook covered for 10 more minutes and serve hot.
