Instructions: To make the Pudina Mavinakai Chutney Recipe, first mix raw mango, coriander, coconut, mint, ginger, green chilli, lemon juice, salt, 1/4 cup of water in a mixer grinder and make a paste. Take out in a bowl. Heat oil in a tempering pan for tempering. Add the mustard seeds, urad dal and cook till the dal turns golden. Now add dry red chillies to it and cook it for 10 seconds.
