Instructions: To make Strawberry Salsa, in a mixing bowl, combine the yellow capsicum, onion, lettuce leaves, mint leaves,  black pepper powder, salt and lemon juice. Toss the strawberry salsa together and keep refrigerated. Serve Strawberry Salsa along with Homemade Nachos for a quick snack.
