Ingredients: 1-1/2 cup White Urad Dal (Whole) – soaked overnight,2 Onions – finely chopped,3 Green Chillies – finely chopped,1-1/2 teaspoons Sooji (Semolina/ Rava),Salt – to taste,Sunflower Oil – to deep fry
