Ingredients: 1 cup coconut – grated, 2 green chillies – chopped, 2 sprigs of green coriander – chopped, 4 curry leaves, 1/4 cup peanuts – roasted, salt – or rock salt (as per taste)

Instructions: Prepare all the ingredients to make coconut peanut sauce. One by one, grind all the ingredients in the mixer grinder and grind them. Remove and serve in a bowl. Serve coconut peanut chutney with rava idli, carrot idli or dosa of your choice.
