Instructions: To make potato spinach vegetable, first we will cook the eyelid separately. Heat the oil in a pan. Add the eyelid and salt and cook until the spinach is cooked. The water leaves when the eyelid is cooked. So cook it on high gas so that the water gets dry. After the water dries, turn off the gas and keep the eyelid aside. In the same pan heat oil again. Add cumin, ginger, onion, and onion till it becomes golden. After the onion turns golden, add boiled potatoes, namnamak and let it cook for 2 to 4 minutes. Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cinnamon powder, garam masala powder and salt after 2 to 4 minutes. Mix well. Cook for 4-5 minutes and then add the cooked spinach. Cover the pan and let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes. After that, take it out in a serving bowl and serve hot.
