Instructions: To begin making Kesar Pista  Lassi Recipe, add the dahi, pista, saffron, cream and sugar into a mixer grinder.Blend to make a delicious Kesar Pista Lassi. Its your personal preference if you would like the lassi to be smooth or little chunky.Once done transfer the Kesar Pista Lassi into a serving glass add a few ice cubes and garnish with saffron strands and serve the Kesar Pista Lassi chilled for the summers.Serve the Kesar Pista Lassi Recipe along with Peshawari Naan, Malai Kofta for a special weekend lunch or dinner.
