Instructions: To begin making the Kerala Style Karamani Thoran Recipe, blend all the ingredients “to be ground” including coconut, green chillies, curry leaves, salt in a mixer grinder and make a coarse paste. Keep it aside.In a heavy bottom pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and allow it to crackle.
