Ingredients: 1-1/2 cups Cauliflower (gobi) – cut into florets,1 cup Coconut milk,1 tablespoon Coconut milk – for garnishing,1 tablespoon Date syrup,3 teaspoons Cocoa Powder,1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract,Salt – as required,1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder (Dalchini),3 Strawberries – sliced,1 tablespoon Pistachios – sliced,1 Dried Figs – chopped,1 tablespoon Walnuts – chopped

Instructions: To begin making the Grain Free Chocolate Porridge recipe, add 1 cup of coconut milk and cauliflower florets to simmer in a saucepan. Cook them for 10 minutes or until they become tender.Using an immersion blender, blitz the cauliflower to a grainy consistency.
