Instructions: To begin making the Biryani Masala Powder, heat a flat griddle, roast the coriander seeds and peppercorns first for 10 seconds.Add the cumin seeds, jeera, cloves, cinnamon and roast them for 10 more seconds.Next add the remaining ingredients into the same pan and roast them all for 1 minute.Cool it down and grind it into a smooth powder. Store it in a mason jar and use it when it is required.Serve the Biryani Masala Powder to make Dum Biryani or Hyderabad Kuska to enjoy Sunday lunch.
