Ingredients: 2 cups Broccoli – (or one broccoli head) cut into small florets,1 Onion – chopped,1 teaspoon Mustard seeds,1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera),1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi),1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder,2 sprig Curry leaves,Salt – to taste,2 teaspoons Sunflower Oil

Instructions: To begin making the Tamil Nadu Style Broccoli Poriyal Recipe, firstly boil the required water in a saucepan, add a little oil to fasten the process.
