Instructions: To begin making the Anhui Bang Tofu Salad Recipe heat a nonstick pan with oil. Season the corn flour with salt and pepper. Dust the Tofu with the seasoned flour and place it on the pan. Toast the tofu till it is golden brown on either side. Keep aside.Heat a saucepan, and sauté garlic and ginger, then add the shredded cabbage and sauté till it is lightly toasted. Season it with salt and pepper.Later transfer it to a serving plate and add sliced cucumber on top and keep it aside.In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients listed in the Satay sauce like the ginger, soy sauce, peanut butter, honey red chilli sauce and corn flour in a small bowl. Heat a small saucepan add the toasted tofu and slowly add the satay sauce and give it a toss.Transfer the sauce with Tofu onto the cabbage and cucumber in the serving plate , sprinkle some spring onions and sesame seeds and serve.Serve the Anhui Bang Tofu Salad Recipe along with Sichuan Fried rice for a delicious Lunch meal.
