Instructions: We begin making the Kerala Style Banana Dosa Recipe by heating jaggery with ¼ cup water into a sauce pan till it dissolves.Mash the bananas into a bowl, add all the other ingredients including the jaggery syrup and add 1 cup water and mix well to form a thick pancake batter.Heat a nonstick pan with ghee and pour a ladle on the hot pan and cook for about 2 minutes on either side and flip it over.
