Ingredients: 1 Cauliflower (gobi) – grated,1 Carrot (Gajjar) – cubed,1 Red Bell pepper (Capsicum) – cubed,1 Onion – finely chopped,1/2 cup Green peas (Matar) – (optional),2 cloves Garlic – minced,1 cup Tofu – cut into small cubes,3 tablespoons Soy sauce,3 tablespoon Red Chilli sauce,6 sprig Spring Onion Greens – minced
