Instructions: To begin with the Kachumber salad, wash and chop all the vegetables into small pieces and keep it ready. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped vegetables-cucumbers, onion, green chilli, tomatoes, carrots and pomegranate seeds and mix well. Our next step is to combine all the ingredients for the dressing.
