Instructions: To begin making the Congress Buns Recipe, firstly we will make the peanut masala. Heat a skillet with little oil, add curry leaves, asafoetida, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and peanuts and give it a toss for few seconds.Once done let it cool down, and using your hand mix all the masala properly into the peanuts and also make the curry leaves into small pieces.
