Instructions: To make cold laddus, first soak the almonds in 1 bowl, and in the second bowl, soak the melon seeds, poppy seeds, cashew nuts in warm water for 3 hours. Soak the saffron in hot milk. Remove the peel of almonds after 3 hours. Put the mixer in the jar. Filter cashew nuts, poppy seeds and melon seeds and add them with almonds. Add saffron milk and sugar and grind it. Take out this mixture in a pan. Add milk powder and ghee to it. Keep the mixture on medium flame and keep stirring the mixture. As the ghee starts leaving the mixture and the mixture starts to rotate in a pan, then add fennel powder, black pepper powder, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and cinnamon powder. Turn off the gas. The mixture is slightly warm only then make laddus by applying ghee on your palm. Decorated with almond and silver work. Serve cold laddus on Holi or sweet after dinner.
