Ingredients: 1/2 cup carrots – grated, 1 spoon – boil, 2 cups yogurt, 1 tablespoon cumin powder, 1 tablespoon red chili powder, 1/2 tablespoon chaat masala powder, peppermint – for garnish, salt – taste accordingly

Time in minutes: 25 Servings: 4 Course: Side Dish Diet: Vegetarian

Instructions: To make chakundar and carrot raita, first peel the chakundar and cut it into small pieces. Now take a bowl and beat the curd in it. Add cumin powder, red chili powder, chaat masala and salt. Now add grated carrot and chakundar. Mix well and garnish with mint leaves. Serve chakundar and carrot raita with dal fry, potato vegetable and phulka for dinner.
