Ingredients: 300 grams Chicken,1 cup Homemade Mole sauce,1 cup Brown Rice,1/2 cup Sweet corn,1 teaspoon Dried oregano,Salt – to taste

Instructions: To begin making the Chicken Mole With Brown Rice Recipe, make the mole sauce first by following the recipe link.Heat a pan with oil, add the chicken pieces and season them with salt, pepper and dried herbs. Once the chicken starts to brown. Add the mole sauce and mix well and bring it to a boil for 5 minutes and keep it aside.Boil the brown rice with 2 cups of water in a pressure cooker for about 5 whistle.
