Instructions: To begin making Narikol Pitha Recipe – Sweetened Coconut Fritter, in a frying pan, dry roast coconut and sugar until light brown in color. Once done turn off the heat and allow it to cool.In a bowl, add all purpose flour, browned coconut and sugar and slowly add milk to form a stiff dough.Heat oil in a wok or deep frying pan. Carefully add in small balls made out of dough. Deep fry until golden brown on all sides. Once done transfer the Narikol Pitha onto a plate with an oil absorbent paper and serve hot.
