Instructions: To make the Palak Paneer Paratha, first of all pour the dough ingredients into a bowl. Add a little water and knead it well. Keep it aside for 20 minutes. Now put the stuffing in a bowl and mix it. Now divide the dough into small pieces. Make small roti and keep it aside. Now place 1 tablespoon or according to your taste in each roti and make it from all the sides. Now make it a little flat with your hands and again put some dry flour and roll it like roti. Heat a griddle and put paratha on it. Add oil or ghee all around and roast it. Serve. Serve the Palak Paneer Paratha with Tadka Raita and Coriander Mint Chutney for breakfast.
