Instructions: To begin making the Thai Style Vegetables & Raw Papaya Rice Recipe, heat oil in a kadai on medium flame, add ginger and garlic, saute for 30 seconds until it has slightly changed the color.Once that is done, you can add chopped bell peppers and saute for a couple of minutes. Add chopped cabbage and sprinkle some salt and saute till the cabbage becomes slightly soft. After the cabbage is cooked you can now add grated papaya and saute till they turn soft.
