Instructions: To begin making Avalakki Bella Usuli recipe, wash poha thoroughly with water and drain the excess water. Soak poha in a cup of warm water for about 5 minutes. Drain the water and set asideIn a mixing bowl, add soaked poha. Combine grated jaggery, grated coconut and cardamom powder.Mix them well such that they are combined together.Serve Avalakki Usuli with some grated jaggery on the top. Serve Avalakki Bella Usuli during your fasting days as a snack or as a whole meal.
