Ingredients: 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil,6 cloves Garlic – finely chopped,1 Onion – finely chopped,1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera),1/3 cup Harissa paste,1 cup Homemade tomato puree,Salt – to taste,1 tablespoon Honey,1/3 cup Water,1 teaspoon Black pepper powder,1/3 cup Black olives,200 grams Tofu – cut into cubes
