Keep aside.In a large bowl, take yogurt/curd and add sugar. Whisk well until it dissolves. Now add the baking soda, baking powder and whisk again until it starts foaming up a bit. Add oil, and then add the espresso mixture and mix well.To this mixture, add the flour and fold it in carefully.
