Instructions: To make the classic hummus recipe, first take out the water from the cooked kabuli chana. Now in a mixer grinder, add kabuli chana, sesame seeds or 1 tbsp of tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, cumin powder and grind them. Add some water and grind again to make a paste. Pour into a bowl, garnish with parcel air coriander and serve. Serve with pita bread and grilled chicken with the classic hummus recipe.
