Instructions: To begin making the Udupi Style Huli Pudi Recipe, heat oil in a sauce pan over a medium heat.Add the chana dal first and roast them for 10 seconds. Then you can go ahead and add the urad dal and roast it for 5 more seconds.Add the coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds and roast for 5 seconds till the aroma is released.Go ahead and add the dry red chillies, hing and curry leaves and roast these for another 10 seconds.
