Instructions: To begin making Spinach and Feta Cheese Rotolo Recipe, mix the ingredients for the pasta dough in a mixing bowl. Bind it together with water to form a soft dough and cover it with a cling film and keep it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.Heat the pan with little oil and wilt the spinach till all the water evaporates then mix it with cheese and other ingredients for the filling.
