Beat the cream cheese with a mixer at high speed until smooth.Combine whipped cream and whip until light and fluffy.Add the mango puree and continue to whip. When the mixture forms stiff peaks, turn it off.Add in the diced mangoes and whip for few seconds.Spoon the Cream Cheese Mango Kulfi into a kulfi moulds, cover and freeze for 10 to 12 hours until firm.Serve the Cream Cheese Mango Kulfi as an indian dessert for a holi party or during the summers when you are looking to make a quick dessert.
