Instructions: To begin making the Sun dried Tomato Focaccia Bread Recipe, in a large bowl, stir together the flour, salt, sugar, yeast, oregano, rosemary and black pepper. Mix in the oil and water.When the Focaccia dough has come together, place it on a lightly floured surface, and knead until smooth and elastic.Lightly oil a large bowl, place the dough in the bowl, and turn to coat with oil. Cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm place for about an hour.Preheat oven to 200 C. Punch dough down on a dusted surface and flatten it with your fingers.
